RAD OPW LLC is the manufacturer and exclusive brand owner of Restore-A-Deck® products, including deck cleaners, brighteners, wood stains, and related accessories. To ensure customers receive genuine products, proper technical support, and valid warranty coverage, RAD OPW LLC maintains strict control over the distribution and resale of its products.
RAD OPW LLC is the sole authorized seller of Restore-A-Deck® products on all eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces. No third-party retailer, distributor, or reseller is authorized to sell Restore-A-Deck® products through any online channel, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any other website or online storefront.

Any individual or business offering Restore-A-Deck® products for sale online without written authorization from RAD OPW LLC is in violation of this policy and may be infringing upon our registered trademark rights under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq. RAD OPW LLC actively monitors online marketplaces and will take appropriate legal action against unauthorized sellers.
