Can this be applied to PT wood fence? I bought my N Florida home last year and have a 4 yr old builder-grade pressure treated pine privacy fence that is due for a pressure washing (starting to "gray" and show it's age). The builder/original owners did not stain or seal the wood when installed. If I can use the Woodrich Timber Oil on the freshly pressure washed fence boards, should I use a brightener (RAD Brightener??) before the oil?

Use the RAD Cleaner and then the RAD Brightener for prep. The Timber Oil will work well after.
