the weather is very hit/miss right now in Ontario Canada but I really want to get the ball rolling on staining my deck. If I clean/brighten my deck 3-5 days before I stain it is this an issue?. There is also a slight chance of rain between this time.

My deck is going on 3 years old and has not been treated because of dogs using the slider it attaches to to get outside. After using the brightener and rinsing is it ok for the dogs to be on the deck? How soon after staining can the dogs go on the deck? Pressure treated lumber

After you are done with the prep, just wait until wood is dry for letting the dogs out. After the stain is applied, wait 24 hours to be safe.

I have a solid stain blue deck that needs to be stripped. What’s the best thing to use?
    • We will reply to your comment shortly
      RAD Products · 08/01/2018
Sorry, but it is not possible to strip a solid stain fully with a deck stain stripper. It will remove some but you will need to sand to fully remove a solid color stain.

We put pine lap siding on our house and didn't put a stain on it just used water aral. Now the wood has turned grey in some spots and a black mildew in others. What do you recommend to restore it or is it not repairable?

Strip and brighten to restore the color using the RAD Stripper/Brightener Kits. Once prepped, use the RAD Wood and Deck Stains.

    About your stains?

I have a new deck built of pressure treated pine. What can I expect for UV protection from your stains ? Am I going to see a grey deck inside of a year or two using your stains?

Do I have any hope of maintaing the nice light wood color it has now?

my deck is stained with cwf cedar tone. Can i use restore a deck cedar over this?
    • We will reply to your comment shortly
      RAD Products · 03/31/2018
Sorry but no. You cannot apply any other deck stain brand over the CWf. You can remove the CWF down to the bare wood and then use the Restore A Deck Stains.
