I just cleaned and brightened with your product and when dry there is a white film, almost like fur on a lot of the wood. What is it and what do I need to do before staining?

Oxidation that was not removed completely. You can buff it off or redo the cleaner prep to get more of it off.

What happens if you leave the brightened on overnight. I simply ran out of time to spray off the brightened after using the cleaner

You may have an adverse reaction with the stain. Make sure to rinse all wood thoroughly for 30 minutes plus with water.

We are cleaning and stripping a cedar deck. Do we use brightener after cleaning, after stripping, or both?

      Both.

I only bought one package. My deck is being cleaned right now. It’s supposed to be stripped tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to stretch the package or is there another product I could use to neutralize both?

No, you cannot stretch the brightener more than about 200 sq feet per gallon. 6-8 oz of powder per gallon or one bag makes about 5 gallons. There is not an adequate substitute for it.
